Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Special Processing Time:
Orders containing body contouring machines require additional handling and preparation. These items typically ship within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

Lashed Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lashed Toronto is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lashed Toronto cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team for guidance.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
